Choosing a builder for a large and expensive job is incredibly difficult, but we were impressed with some smaller scale refurbishment work that the team had completed for us and the quote provided was very competitive.
From the outset Rad was upfront in terms of what was included in the job and very clear with sticking to the specification we laid out. With all jobs there will be unexpected work (for example we needed to replace our mains gas pipes for a wider pipe) and all of these were dealt with swiftly and at a reasonable extra cost. Rad was also very good at proposing practical solutions to problems that we hadn’t thought of or considered in the spec.
Given Rad’s skill as a plasterer, the standard of finish on the build is fantastic as was the speed with which the job was completed. However, just as important, his team were very respectful to our property and to our neighbours throughout the build.

They also did extra jobs for me at low cost eg. removing plywood from kitchen and bathroom floors and removing rubbish.
